Nakhon Ratchasima or Khorat (area code 044) is divided into 26 administrative districts (Amphoes):

Khorat’s economic crops are cassava, rice, and sugar cane that are also the province’s major source of income. Moreover, the improvement of the infrastructure has brought the province out of its isolation and has boosted trading activities. The province’s recent economic growth has been made possible by its local industries, including agricultural processing plants and a sack-weaving industry.
